Sterling has secured the £720K precast package with McLaren Construction at the new retail and office development in Hanover Square and Oxford Street, London. The scheme will connect two buildings currently separated by a courtyard, creating 15000 sqft of retail space and 48000 sqft of office space over 8 stories. Sterling will provide design, supply and installation of natural Portland stone veneered walls, with a faience tile faced exterior to the Oxford Street façade and a brick faced finish to the Hanover Square elevation, in keeping with the typical aesthetic of the area. All going well the new space should be open to the public in July 2016.
