Sterling Services are delighted to open the new casting shed at the factory in Somerset, which provides a huge 17000 sq. ft. of casting and finishing space.
The new shed, which took 5 months to erect, improves working conditions and safety on site by providing shelter and reducing traffic by replacing mobile cranes with three overhead gantry’s.
Production capacity is expected to increase significantly, with the improved facilities speeding up the pouring and demoulding process, as well as providing a much larger usable work space by eliminating previous road areas.
