From its early days, Sterling Services felt that in this fast-moving industry there was a requirement for a fully-comprehensive service to the client. It was recognised that a highly, multi-disciplinary skilled base would be required to ensure maximum efficiency and control, thereby fulfilling the project's expectations. This strategy has resulted in all our employees i.e. design, mould-making, reinforcement fabrication, casting and installation being directly employed. Hence our company has become one of the leading specialists in bespoke architectural precast cladding.

Our philosophy is based on a commitment to service, schedule and quality, and a developed understanding of the clients' core requirements.

We strive for continuous improvement in our Health and Safety performance. This contributes to the success of every project and client satisfaction. We adopt national standards in our Health and Safety and through our innovative designs we are able to offer a safer ways to install prefabricated panels which contributes to client satisfaction.
Sustainability

Precast concrete has the advantage of using locally sourced materials such as aggregates including a bi-product of the china clay industry. Thermal mass is another feature of precast concrete that enhances the energy efficiency and carbon savings over the lifetime of the structure. The aggregate industry makes a massive contribution to habitat creation.
Quality

We recognize that our clients will be seeking workmanship and management of exceptional quality as a pre-requisite and as such we work toward a programme of works which sets key objectives and an overall timeframe which is monitored on a weekly basis. Communication is key to our delivery of a project both with clients and suppliers to ensure time-frames remain on track.

Sterling Services invests in training and development programmes to achieve the objective to have a skilled local workforce that is able to work safely and professionally within their industry.
